1996-1999: She worked in Malaysia for 3 years with a Chinese family, 3 children ages 10, 8, & 7yrs old, staying in a bungalow. She looks after the children, cooks, does laundry and does general housekeeping. Her contract was finished for 3 years.

2000-2002: She worked in Abu Dhabi for 2 years. They stay in a residential house. The job scopes consisted of cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, washing, ironing, etc.

2007-2009: She worked in Saudi Arabia with an Arabic family staying in a residential house. She took care of 3 children aged 2, 1, & 2months old.

2010-2014: She worked with a Chinese family staying in a condo. She looked after 2 children aged 12 & 14yrs old. She assists them with their needs.

Sumarni's main duties were to manage the overall housekeeping, heavy laundry, ironing, going to the wet market, doing grocery shopping, gardening and car washing.
